WHAT: U.S. Congressman Brad Sherman is hosting a “Telephone Town Hall” and will take questions on any issues facing Congress. In March, Congressman Sherman, along with Congressman Adam Schiff and Senators Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, called for the formation of an aviation impact panel comprised of the FAA, local community members, Van Nuys Airport, Burbank Airport, and others to resolve our current, ongoing safety, health, noise and environmental impact problem regarding aircraft over our communities. This is an opportunity to let him know how harmful the FAA’s recent changes to VNY and BUR routes have been to our communities.
